Christmas Wishes & Snowflake Kisses

Hi everyone, I’m here to share my latest DT project for Imagine Design Create, and this week it’s Christmas crafting!!!  I’m so excited, Christmas is my most favourite time of the year, and the big day is almost here.  For my card this week I wanted to keep my design quite clean and crisp – and here is what I came up with.

What you need

What to do

  • Select a white mat layer slightly smaller than the card blank, and another slightly smaller again.

  • Take the larger of the two, and blend some Chipped Sapphire around the edges, then glue this to the card blank.

  • Take the other mat layer and randomly stamp snowflakes in both the upper left, and lower right corners using both colours of Distress Ink.  Make sure you stamp off the side of the card as this gives an even look to the finished card.

  • Next stamp the sentiment in the centre using Versafine ink.

  • Mat this card on to the card blank, and finish by adding a few blue sequins to the centre of some of the snowflakes.
