Beside the Seaside mixed media boxed frame card

Hello Everyone
Debbie here again.
I have been watching our ever-changing weather up here in Scotland and would love to just sit and read on a lovely warm beach. Our Kerri-Ann is based in Seaton so has access to the lovely Devonshire coastline. This has been my inspiration this week.
INGREDIENTS
Imagine Design Create Bird Silhouettes A7 stamps
Imagine Design Create Mini Beach A7 stamps
Imagine Design Create Pastel Paradise paper
NUVO Hybrid Ink – Black Shadow
Tonic Studio’s Shadow Box Dies (I used to use a downloaded blank in the past)
Silver pearlized card with decal edge - The actual size to fold your card to is 8” x 5 ¾”. An 8 x 8 cut down with a decal edge die would work the same.
Acrylic Paint – Light Turquoise
White
Acrylic block or blending mat
½” paint brush
Watercolour Card 300 gsm
Versafine – Vintage Sepia
Small embellishments – ships wheel, anchor, sentiment saying – Dreaming of the Sea
Cotton Loose Cloth – this is from Halloween and has a lovely hole effect that looks like a fisherman’s net
Scissors
Glue – Dries Clear
Gel Medium
Spatula
Texture medium (comes in collection of four with different ball sizes) or you could go collect your own
Red Liner Tape
Scrap Stamping Card
HOW TO
Take your piece of A4 Watercolour Card. Place a small amount of the Turquoise and White Acrylic paint onto your block. Using varying amounts of each paint and both together, brush across your card until completely covered. Set aside to dry.
Using your Versafine, stamp the bucket and spade plus deck chair onto small pieces of stamping card. Fussy cut out when dry.
Using your Tonic Shadowbox dies or a blueprint for these cards, cut out on the painted paper.
Take a piece of Pastel Paradise in Blue. (I used mine sideways so that it looked like sky on a warm day)
Cut a piece to find on the base of your Shadowbox and glue in place.
Now create your shadow box using red liner tape or wet glue. Glue this to your silver base card.
Take a piece of your hole fabric and using gel medium, glue into place along bottom of Shadow Box and up left-hand side. Leave to dry.
Glue the spade into the box, slightly at an angle.
Using a small round acrylic block, stamp the birds in the sky area. They will look like seagulls diving for fish.
Glue your bucket & spade, deckchair and embellishments onto your card.
Taking your gel medium and a spatula, place glue in an uneven manner around the bucket, deckchair and net. Cover with fine sand.
I have left the top of the card blank to enable you to stamp the place of your choice on white card.
Hoping we all have a lovely Summer this year
