Hello everyone, today i have a simple little Santoro Gorjuss card to show you. These little die cut images are so great for creating all sorts of cards but today i used them for a young girly card. The image i chose from the pack has one of the little girls with a jar of stars, such a sweet image. I used a mini star punch to add embellishments to give the effect of escaping stars.

I used my spotty embossing folder on textured pink card then my decorative edger to create an edged space on the card to add something a little different to normal matte & layering. I stamped onto one of the tags provided as a diecut in the pack too.

Do you use Santoro Gorjuss? Feel free to share links to any of your Gorjuss projects.

    Good morning all,

Todays blog is about a CAS valentines card i created recently using a vellum paper from the new Docrafts geometric monotone paper and die cut pack.

Step 1: I used a heart die to create an aperture in a blank square card blank. I then created a frame in gold using the same heart die and one the next size up. (Heart nesting dies from X-Cut available here)
Step 2: I cut a piece of the hexagonal vellum and backed it into the r by applying with double sided tape behind the aperture.
Step 3: I used letter dies to cut the word love from gold card and applied them directly onto the vellum with tacky glue. (Letter dies available here)
Step 4: I finished the card with golden gems in the corners

All the items used to create this card are available here.

I'd love to know what you think of this CAS card, please do let me know in the comments.

  4. Geometric Neon 'Peep card' PhotoGrid_1453575879089

Today i have a 'peep card' to show you, i don't know if this style of card has a name, it is something i came up with completely by mistake when cutting the front of my card when i didn't mean too, which lead to me then cutting the card further an opening it up to add a paper and sentiment behind the cut.

I cut a straight line 3/4 of the way into the card, folded back the edges and stuck them down with a raised foam pad. I then chose a paper from the geometric neon range which i stuck to the inside of the card facing up towards to opening. (i have also done a card like this but sticking the patterned paper up against the cut opening which looks just as good!) I added a simple 'Thank you' sentiment and paper bow.

Let me know what you think!
