Solid Flower Decoupage

Helloo from Lynn x
The cards today were created using the Solid Flower stamp set.
I used a DL card base and mat and layered some background paper I had in my stash. On the same double sided background paper I stamped one of each of the solid flowers, alternating the side of the double sided paper to give different effects to each layer of flower. I stamped the solid flowers in Distress Oxide.
I used a strip of velum as a band to wrap around the card and on this I stamped a selection of solid flowers in Stazon.
I layered up the flower with 3D glue to give definition between layers and decorated with a twine bow. Bloomin Marvellous sentiment is also in the stamp set.
I hope you like my example and will join me next time. Lynn x
Helloo from Lynn x
I have been crafting away with my new stamp sets. I absolutely love the solid and nesting stamps. They all work together and are now a go to set for me. The designs are so versatile and can be used for all occasions.
I have used a double sided background paper today from my stash. Using both the Solid Hearts and Solid Flowers I have created a flower and butterfly scene.
I used the two stamps with the polka dot effect to create the flowers and the stitched effect flower to create the butterflies.
To create the butterflies, I cut one of the petals off and trimmed down to the solid line. I used the second to smallest heart stamp to create the leaves and a permanent fine liner pen to draw in the stems.
The sentiment is also from the Solid Flower set.
I hope you enjoy my projects and will join me next time. Lynn x
